How much does it cost to design a banner?
Banner design cost depends on the size of banner. Check our prices page for detailed rates for each banner size.


How long will it take? When I can have my banner ready?
After you submit your order we will design a mockup for you within 24 hours. You can then review the mockup and ask for modifications and corrections if necessary. After accepting we will email the banners to you and you can start using them immediately.


How do I place an order?
You should fill in our order form providing some basic information to help us design your banner, such as: banner size (468x60px, 125x125px, etc), text to be used on the banner and your requirements regarding your banner design. Once we receive your order we will provide you with payment details depending on the payment method you choose, so you can complete the order. After this we will work on the mockup and will present in 12-24 hours for your review.


How can I pay for my banner? What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by PayPal and E-Gold.


Can I ask for modifications to the banner you designed? If yes - how many?
Yes, of course. You can ask for modifications or amendments to the banner mockup we design for you. Normally we get to the "satisfaction" point after 1 revision, but if necessary we will continue to modify the mockup until you are satisfied with it. You don't need to worry that you will be stuck with the banner that you don't like.


Does super-banner.com accept orders with adult content?
Yes, we accept adult requests assuming the client does not exceed legal or moral bounds.


Will my banners include animation?
All banners are animated. If you would like your banner to be static (non-animated), then please include that in the details.
